Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
2nd Day and Next Day purchases placed by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we do not offer international shipping or ship to any freight forwarders. If you ship to a freight forwarder, your order will automatically be cancelled. For international shipping, please ship on Clearance.co.il.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods (we are currently unable to offer tracking for APO/FPO orders and orders to Puerto Rico). Charges are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS
We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any Clearance.co.il purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
